How to brew
- Use 1 teaspoon per cup.
- Black tea: boiling water, 2–3 minutes, then add milk and sugar to taste.
- Green and Darjeeling tea: water just off the boil (80–95°C), 2–4 minutes, no milk.
- Store in an airtight container away from moisture and strong smells.
