Where is my order?
Use Track order with your order number and email or mobile. Once shipped, you’ll also get a courier tracking number by email.
My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery using this form or WhatsApp. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel from My Account until the order is packed. For changes, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We currently deliver to PIN codes across India only.
